These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Uprestro products, services, websites, mobile apps, POS systems, and associated sales channels.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Uprestro services.

Definitions
Key Terms
"User", "You", "Your" – Restaurant owner, staff, admin, guest user, or any person accessing Uprestro. "Uprestro", "We", "Us", "Our" – A product owned and operated by Triosoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. "Platform" – POS system, admin panel, apps, website, QR ordering, feedback tools, and all related services.
Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms; consent to our Privacy Policy; and confirm that you are legally eligible to use the Platform (18+ years).
Business Use
If you use Uprestro on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Scope of Services
Services Provided
Uprestro provides restaurant management tools including: POS billing (online/offline), inventory tracking, menu & order management, QR-powered ordering, customer feedback tools, multi-outlet insights, mobile POS and Captain App, and admin dashboard & analytics.
Service Modifications
Uprestro may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve service quality and user experience.
User Responsibilities
Your Obligations
Users agree to: provide accurate account and business details; maintain confidentiality of login credentials; ensure lawful use of the Platform; not engage in data theft, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access; and keep software versions updated.
Configuration Responsibility
Uprestro is not liable for misuse caused by incorrect configuration by the User. It is your responsibility to configure the system correctly.
Account Creation & Access
Registration
Users must register with valid email/phone details to access the Platform.
Multi-User Access
Multi-outlet owners may assign additional roles (manager, captain, staff) to team members for efficient operations.
Account Suspension
Uprestro reserves the right to suspend an account for suspicious activity, non-payment, or violation of Terms.
Payment, Pricing & Billing
Fees and Charges
Subscription fees, renewal fees, and add-on charges will be communicated at the time of purchase. All prices are subject to GST as per Indian tax regulations.
Payment Compliance
Non-payment may result in account suspension. Ensure timely payment to maintain uninterrupted access to services.
Refund Policy
No refunds on partial usage after subscription activation. Once the subscription is activated, the full period must be utilized.
Data Usage & Ownership
Your Data Ownership
Restaurants own the operational data (menu, orders, customers of the outlet). You retain full rights to your business data.
Platform Data
Uprestro owns platform-generated insights, logs, and anonymized analytics that help improve service quality.
Data Usage
Data may be used to improve service quality, develop new features, and enhance user experience.
Third-Party Sharing
Data sharing with third-party payment gateways, SMS providers, etc., will follow strict confidentiality agreements. Refer to the Uprestro Privacy Policy for more details.
Third-Party Integrations
Integrated Services
Uprestro integrates with systems like: payment gateways (UPI, cards), delivery platforms (e.g., Zomato/Swiggy – if applicable), and SMS/email providers.
Third-Party Terms
Users agree to follow guidelines and T&Cs of these third parties. Each integrated service has its own terms and conditions.
Third-Party Liability
Uprestro is not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party services. We work to ensure smooth integrations but cannot control external platforms.
Limitations of Liability
Not Liable For
Uprestro is not liable for: loss of revenue due to hardware failure, internet issues, or electricity outages; misuse of the system by staff; integration failures caused by third-party platforms; incorrect configuration done by the User; or data loss caused by user-side device corruption or misuse.
Maximum Liability
Maximum liability (if proven legally) will not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months. This cap applies to all claims arising from use of the Platform.
Service Availability
Uptime Commitment
Uprestro aims to provide 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We strive for maximum reliability.
Maintenance
Maintenance & updates may cause temporary downtime. We will notify users in advance when possible.
Offline Mode
Offline mode availability depends on device and browser compatibility. Ensure your devices meet minimum requirements.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
All software, UI, code, logos, and content belong to Triosoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. These are proprietary assets protected by intellectual property laws.
Usage Restrictions
Users may not copy, modify, sell, or distribute Uprestro's proprietary assets without explicit written permission.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Software Subscriptions
No refunds after activation or renewal. For annual plans, cancellations will apply from next billing cycle. Once activated, the subscription must be used for the full period.
QR Ordering/Website Bookings
For QR ordering/website bookings (if applicable): 10% deduction for cancellations before activation; 50% deduction for same-day request or post-setup.
Termination Policy
Grounds for Termination
Your account may be terminated if: you violate these Terms; you misuse or attempt illegal access; you engage in fraudulent activity; or subscription remains unpaid for more than 30 days.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, access to all systems will be revoked immediately. You will lose access to the Platform and your data may be deleted after a retention period.
Changes to Terms
Modifications
Uprestro may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and users will be notified.
Acceptance
Continued use implies acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to changes, please discontinue use of the Platform.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Acknowledgment
By using Uprestro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
